Cancellation Policy

By booking a service, you agree to the following: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We require a small non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit goes toward the service, not an extra fee, and is applied at the end of our visit bringing the total service cost down and the remaining balance is paid at the end of your appointment. Access & Setup Please ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and access to an outdoor tap and standard power socket. Valuables Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to the appointment. I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to items left inside the car. Payment Payment is due on completion of the service. Accepted methods include contactless card & Apple Pay or cash. Results & Expectations While significant improvement is always achieved, some stains, odours, scratches, or wear may not be fully removable due to age or condition. No guarantees can be made on permanent damage. Weather In the event of severe weather, appointments may need to be rescheduled. You will always be contacted in advance to arrange an alternative date.
